-He had a workable suggestion for each carpet care question I asked. (Ice cubes left on packed fibers for 5-8 minutes do loosen the fibers enough to free them up by hand.)

-Keith called ahead and offered to come early when hi schedule opened up.
-Your promotional offer of three rooms for $119 was an attention getter, and everyone along the way made sure to point out the additional fees for disposal and taxes so I was not caught off guard when the final invoice was presented.
