Al was very professional, he showed up on time, went through every concern I had in each room. My carpets are almost 23 years old, all off white and look great! He did a great job and yes I was bragging to my fellow co-workers on what a excellent job was done at my home. Next visit I plan on purchasing your cleaner for spots in carpet. Also, my next appointment will be at our lake place where we have berber carpet and it still has the smell of the previous owners, who had a cat and dog. I'm hoping Zerorez will be able to eliminate that smell in the carpet, if not they will have to be replaced! Time will tell - thanks Zerorez!

Representative Justin Harris visited my home the morning after I called for an appointment. On time. VERY professional and VERY knowledgeable. Extremely detailed and took his time to do a very thorough job. Only regret is not booking an appointment sooner. Justin is by far the best in the business. I've already referred several people to ZEROREZ and recommended they specifically ask for Justin Harris because I can't imagine there being more reps as awesome as him!! My floor and carpet have not looked this good since installation and all pet odors are completely gone. (something the last company claimed they could accomplish last year but failed).

The tech that came was great. However, I wish that when I made the appointment, the person who set it up would told me that it takes 24 to 48 hours to dry. I would have scheduled it for a better time. Plus, when the tech showed me the cost, it wasn't what I was told and agreed to the day before. It finally got straightened out. Once again, the tech was great!

I like the zero residue system that is still very effective. My service tech, Darrell, was great! He took great care to properly identify the spots that needed extra deep cleaning. He was very efficient and explained what he was doing with each step.
