I love Zerorez because of last years appointment I had for my upstairs rugs. This year I had those nasty urine stains from our 15 year old dog. Well because I didn’t have my rugs cleaned often enough the scotch gaurding didn’t last so they were unable to remove the stains. Every 18 months to 2 years is recommended. Now I know! Thanks Zerorez!

Almost everything went very well. We had two appts. First was duct cleaning, which was badly needed. One duct in the kitchen was missed, but I will admit it is a tricky one to see. The other negative was when I opened a hallway duct on the ceiling and many chunks of duct filth fell on me and the carpets that Zerorez had just cleaned. The rest of the experience was awesome and the technician was good guy and knowledgeable. Next, the carpet cleaning was a 10. The technician was great, He showed up as the duct cleaning tech was finishing up, so perfect timing. He was done fast and did a very thorough job. Well worth the money for both services!

No soap residue in my carpets and the need to do this all again in a year.
