Jacob called to let me know he was going to be there shortly I appreciated that cause he came sooner than the timeframe they had told me, very friendly explained everything before he got started. He did a great job was so friendly answered all the questions I had. If I need my carpet clean again I’m definitely going to recommend Jacob he did a great job! Thank you for the service
