OK.....I used your service 1x and was lucky enough to have Hallene as our carpet professional. The sole reason I returned to Zerorez is due to her (the first time I had a good discount). Hailene C. is so thorough, professional, personable, and hard working....it's amazing. She take such pride in the work she is doing for the customer. I beg the employees at my business to OWN THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS....she is a perfect example of a perfect employee. If you would, please pass on my words to her and give her a pat on the back, bonus, raise, or whatever you to for your staff to keep them happy.....if it wasn't for her, I would have shopped and gone whatever route sounded best. On a side note, your Company communication is very good re: times, scheduling, etc. The gentleman I spoke with a couple of times was on the spot..
