The service was very throughout and did an amazing job getting the carpets looking like new again. The employee explained everything and took before and after pictures to show me how bad it was.
The out come is always great! carpets look fresh and restored. No smell and the carpet is soft to the touch - it feels clean. I also like Tom he was so nice and very informative. giving suggestions for a better outcome. I plan on scheduling in the new year complete tile cleaning.
