We have always had some of the nicest young men come to our home and clean the carpets. They do a good job and have treated any stains to the best of their ability. They are efficient, and our home smells so good afterwards. I especially appreciate that our carpets are not soaked with water and that they dry fairly quickly.

Carpet got cleaner than it had with another service. We esp. liked Mike, the guy who did the cleaning. He was very focused but approachable to answer our questions.

I like the idea of using cleaners that are less toxic to me and my family and pets. Also, the technicans that come are very friendly that knowledgeable, which makes me trust the advice and service they give.

However, I will say that the last service I had the technician had to roll a huge vaccuum into the house, and rolled it right over the carpet that was just cleaned, and left wheel marks after he left on the newly cleaned carpet. This was frustrating, as it seemed like I paid for a service that got done almost immediately. Granted the wheel marks were very light, but that's frustrating because I had a similar experience with a plumbing company where the technician had to roll in huge equipment to do his job and he covered the wheels to make sure the wheels themselves never touched my carpet, and only undid the coverings on the wheels when he reached the unfinished part of my basement. That is what I'd expect from a reputable place like Zerorez as well.

But overall my experience is always good, so I am very likely to return for more services!

The associate who treated our carpet did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why. Very satisfied with your service.

The person doing my carpets was friendly and did a good job. However the pricing was confusing. I got a coupon in the mail after I had made an appointment and knew the cost.
I called Zerorez and told them of the coupon and they reduced the cost to what the coupon said. I asked if this was the total cost and he said yes. However when the person who did the carpets gave me the price it was back up to what the original price was without the coupon. Apparently the coupon was for 3 rooms only and did not include the hallway. So the person had reduced my price over the phone by $30 however my hallway was $35. The cost with the coupon did nothing. Very confusing.

I can not say enough good things about Keith and the service that I received. I appreciate his professionalism, communication skills explaining the process, what was needed and not needed, his honesty... We are extremely happy with the results. I absolutely will be a repeat customer.
