Our technician did a great job--no issues at all.

Technician was very upfront with a plan to handle our cat urine issue. We originally signed up for a simple carpet cleaning thinking this was the solution. After talking it over, he informed us that will not solve the real issue, but if we agreed, he could guarantee a positive outcome.

At first we decided to rip it all up which would have cost twice as much as the treatment /cleaning. He convinced us he could save the carpet with the extra treatment.

Giving the initial issue an 8 out of 10 for how bad it was, we are now at a 2. Hoping to take him up on one more cleaning to attack the small lingering order still present to become completely satisfied.

We are looking forward to getting this issue resolved and start using our lower level again.

Zerorez is easy to schedule and I love that it is safe for my family and pets!

Love you guys and always recommend, however was thinking about requesting a call back this time because there was still a smell of dog pee and when i ran my hand over a faint spot it totally smelled. I requested the enzyme and I believe he applied it. Very nice professional guy but smell persisted. First name removed
