Our technician was on time (he even called to ask if he could come earlier than our scheduled time). Allen was amazing- he went above and beyond making sure we were happy with his work. He was very efficient and our carpets look like new.

Have had good experiences with the techs that have serviced our home. The water products seem sufficient and environmentally friendly. However, this time we had a coffee stain that we had tried to address on our own. The extra product that was applied has left that area feeling quite tacky. I’m guessing it will collect dust and show up again in just a few months.
