Zerorez customer service is excellent, as are the technicians who do the “heavy lifting.” We have used Zerorez for at least four years, and each time they have been to our home, they explained the services they offer, how their products work, and diligently clean our carpets so that not only do they look brand new, but seem to stay clean longer than we’ve experienced before Zerorez came into our lives. Importantly, during this pandemic, they adhere to strict COVID protocol. In our opinion, Zerorez is the best in the business!
