Ductwork people were very informative, kind, helpful, efficient, and thorough.

Carpet had to be rescheduled. Scheduler didn't hear/understand that I needed a hard stop of work at 4pm. We will see how that goes.

The service was overall very good, no 24-48 hour contact about arrival window but did get a call 20-25 minutes call and that was correct..

Service was quick and well explained.

Noticed a number of bubble ups in the carpet probably at seams. Called and finally got a call back and it was recommended that we wait till morning. Next morning it seemed that the carpet bubbles had shrunk and have gone away. Yeah !!
