I like the fact you are willing to help moving furniture. However, on the phone I was told up to 60 pounds, but once the guy got here, he said up to 50 pounds. Our carpet looks better, but I didn’t care that the guy showed up 2.5 hours early. Please call your customers to inform them ahead of time for a change like that.
