Dillan was our tech and beyond knowledgeable About our different fabrics and needs when it came to couch cleaning. He was delightful to work with and we would definitely recommend him and zero Rez. He was efficient and the couches look and smell great again we would definitely recommend!

The techs/ cleaners are always prompt and courteous. When the job is complete, the carpets are very clean with minimal dry time.

Zerorez is amazing. Tom who cleaned my carpet knew his job and was very caring and friendly. He was honest with me since I had a plant stain on my carpet for couple years and he made my carpet look as good as new. Continue to have amazing employees like Tom.

Our service technician did a great job on our carpets! He was able to remove a nasty stain and had a good recommendation to add a protectant application to increase the life of our carpet.

Mike and Cuavante arrived on time to shampoo a stairway and 2 carpet areas. They were both cordial while being very businesslike. I show them the 3 areas, pulled the hoses to
the respective areas got the job done. I used Zerorez for carpeting cleaning in 2019, again here
in 2022, and if needed later this year or next I call Zerorez again!
