Good Service and efficient operations. Knowledgable and friendly field personnel. The duct cleaning crew arrived on time, explained several options and completed the tasks as they predicted. They took before and after pictures, of several ducts to show me and I could see the quality of the images on their phone display. However their hand held video monitor was not quite as clear.

The tech, Andre, was early, efficient and did a great job with our carpets! We had a stain resurface after the cleaning because he cleaned our carpets so well and Zerorez came back out to help us get it out of our carpet within a few days. We are extremely pleased with the job that was done and will definitely be calling Zerorez the next time!

At the 2490 Blaine townhome I recently had carpet service cleaning done on, I appreciated how the carpet clean mark's were performed. Nearly all 1 direction making it look professional and the tech knowledgeable.

The Zerorez team did a great job cleaning my air ducts and furnace. They walked me through the process when they arrived and made sure that I understood the work that was going to be done. They informed me about a more permanent solution to my furnace air filter, and installed the new product the same day. The two Zerorez employees were respectable and friendly, and contained the dust and dirt without making a mess. When they left, I did not see any debris left behind in my home. I used Zerorez several years ago as well, and would use them again!
