I liked that the response was fast, easy to schedule, prompt, the technician knowledgeable, offered extra services but wasn’t pushy. My carpet is 9 years old. It looks as close to brand new as 9 year old carpet can get.

Your technicians are especially respectful of my property and get right to work. Results: I had cat urine on my carpet and it had to be re-treated to get the odor out. My only nit to pick is that the solution to clean cat urine is very costly.

Connor and Brett did my carpets, those two know exactly what they are doing. they showed up and did an insane job. They were super easy to approach and talk to, they told me exactly where the remaining furniture needed to be for them to be as efficient as possible and explained the step by step process. Even if you guys doubled your prices I would still agree to go with you guys if you gave me a choice of who was coming to do the work. I would 100% pick those guys again. No joke top notch employees... don't ever lose those two
