I liked the service tech that came out and how he explained the process and what I could do in between cleanings to keep carpets clean.
Great products and very professional service.
It went really well for the vents.
However I think with the dryer vert was cleaned, it disconnected the vent at the base from the dryer. Caused dust/lint to blow everywhere.
It is in a position next to the wall and nest to the washer, that this old guy can't get back there to reconnect it.

The two gentlemen that came and did my stairs were very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. They were on time, quick yet efficient and had to listen to my dog bark in her kennel the entire time, 10/10 would use again.
