Quick. Little chemicals.

Your staff is very professional and prompt. The benefits, options and limitations of the service provided where explained in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. I did experience some wicking which has brought some of the pet urine smell back, but it is much much less than before the service, and I was informed that this could happen in areas that were in the worse shape.

Tech was prompt polite and listened carefully. He worked quickly and quietly and our carpets feel like new.

The Zerorez associate showed up on time, and did a good job on cleaning our two rooms. He was very polite and went over any questions we had.
