Was very happy with service, but one of the techs was allergic to cats. So the other one had to do all the work. Maybe ask owners if they have animals before hand so the right techs come out. No complaints, just thought it was odd.

The guys did a great job and were super knowledgeable. The process went much faster than anticipated. At the end they walked me through the results (any stains they weren’t able to get out). Really just professional. I’m general I feel Zerorez is probably on the expensive side but I’m happy with the work and quality they provided

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was on time, polite and professional. He advised us as to some red wine and coffee stains we needed worked on and did a great job.
I use ZeroRez for these reasons but also because my carpet is clean and does NOT have any residue after cleaned.
