I had several contacts with the business to schedule & (on my end) to reschedule appointments to have the carpets in my house cleaned prior to it being put on the market to sell. All scheduling phone conversations were informative, courteous and personable. At the time of the service, the technician was similarly informative, courteous and personable. He also worked with us around product recommendations and was flexible about the estimated spaces that needed cleaning. It was an excellent experience all-around.
Tech was very friendly and thoroughly explained the services and what could/couldn't be cleaned and how well it would turn out (and he was right).

It was easy to schedule. I got a phone call a few days before the appointment to confirm all the details. Taylor was great to work with. Profession and quick. He did the whole house in about 2 hours.
I love how thorough the technician was when performing the carpet cleaning service and how well he explained everything to us beforehand. This is the second time I’ve hired Zero Rez and it will not be the last.

We used both the duct cleaning service as well as the carpet cleaning. All of the technicians we interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, did not push products they thought were unnecessary, and were willing to answer all of our questions. We couldn’t be happier with the results!
