I did not receive a call to tell me at what time the service was going to show up. I called and after knowing the window everything went smooth. The person servicing my home was kind, explained the process and did a very good job with the service. I have used zerorez before and it has always been a great experience with the service and the cleaning.

Mandel did an excellent job on our carpets. Prior to starting, we walked through each area and confirmed the order.

The lower level carpet really needed some work, and Mandel left it looking better than I thought was possible.

Carpet looks great. I used snother well know servuce and tried yours thinking it would be less expensive, but actually more because you price room size differently but great clean carpets.

Everything except price. Setting the appointment and online notifications timely and on the mark. The service pro was friendly, on time and an obvious diligent worker. Carpets and furniture were clean when he was finished. Only complaint was that the price should have been about a hundred dollars cheaper. Next year will probably search for another provider that's cheaper.
