I had 2 separate appointments: 1 for 3 room special for carpet cleaning and the other to get air ducts cleaned out and we are pleased with both jobs that were done. After air ducts, my air started feeling fresher! The professionalism was fantastic and communicative with both processes.

Generally, we’ve been very pleased. The technician that came to our house on Friday, 9/1/23, was an exception. We had the carpet cleaned two weeks ago and needed some pet odor touch up. The technician arrived and advised that it would take 10-15 gallons of treatment, at $50/gal. His suggestion was to replace the carpet. (It wasn’t that bad). After telling him 3 times to just do one more treatment, he finally did it. Ultimately, it’s fine and took 15 minutes to do. We felt as if the tech just didn’t want to do it.

Carpet in bedrooms and couch look so much better. Technician was professional- on time arrival, quick setup and cleaning. We liked that carpeted areas weren't soaking and didn't smell like chemicals. Two of our neighbors recommended ZEROREZ to us. I would recommend them as well.
