Overall, it was a very good experience. They explained everything thoroughly and seemed to genuinely care. They did not try to "upsell" me anything I did not need. The 2 men were courteous and did a great job cleaning, sealing the doorway, and was out of the house in less than 2 hours. My house smells so clean! Zerorez was recommended to me and I will be calling on them again for my next carpet cleaning job!
