technician was punctual, didn't mind my 3 large dogs mobbing him in the doorway lol. he was quick, answered a lot of questions i had. his demeanor did not change when i did not decide to add on his additional treatment services. i was very pleased with zerorez carpet cleaning. will definitely have them back again.

I like that they only use water for cleaning. I just find the pricing keeps going up. I have only used your company on my carpet. The man that came to our house was very kind and a good listener. He did a great job.
