We have used the Zerorez service for many years, and will continue to do so. The technicians arrive on time, are always well groomed and dressed, and take the time to ask questions regarding what we want done and then explaining what we can expect from the service they will provide. They are always very aware and respectful of our furnishings and take extra care around some objects that cannot be moved for the cleaning process. The results have always been exceptional, there is no residue or bad odors left behind, and the carpets seem to dry very quickly so furniture that we have moved out for the cleaning can be replaced in a timely manner.
