It was easy and quick to make an appointment. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with from the appointment taker to the guys that cleaned my carpet. The price quoted was the price charged. The cleaners offered me some upgrades with no pressure when I decided not to add anything. The carpet cleaning was very quick and they answered all my questions and explained everything. They were kind to my son and my dog. Everything went perfectly and I'm happy with the results. I will use Zerorez in the future.
