Great job, initially, had an issue, Zerorez came back and fixed my carpet. Really like this company and their technicians. I will use them again.

So far, I am very pleased with how much better my carpet looks. It’s still drying, so I’m not sure if old stuff will reappear, but I really like that that is planned in as a low cost option for me if it does.

I’ve used Zerorez for years once I tried a coupon for another cleaner. When I walked on the carpet, it was hard and crunchy. Now I will only use Zerorez as my carpet is soft when they are done. They technicians take care in the house with walls and furniture.
