Your team works hard to help the customer. People reached out via email and texts to help me finish my choices for carpet cleaning. Ernesto worked extremely hard to get out the stains I had put deep into my old carpet - I tried bad Google ideas for stain removers but they didn’t work. He was friendly, cleaned up after himself, and I felt like his additional sales suggestions were helpful.
