I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Customer service gave me all the information that I needed as far as pricing and what to expect when the cleaning service arrives at my front door. The operator was Josh. He set up his equipment throughout the house so no service would be harmful to my hard floors and floor/wall corners. Very personable, energetic, Very precise on what my expectations were and how close to cleaning he would be able to meet these expectations. He was spot on. The carpets look wonderful, my house spells great. I highly recommend ZERO REZ.
