Our carpets were stained pretty good from our pets, and your company did a FANTASTIC job at getting them cleaned. The carpets in the bed rooms look almost new, and the carpet in our living room is GREAT. Keep in mind our carpet is over 8 years old in the house. The two friendly workers showed up on time and did a very thorough job. They got spots out of our carpet that I thought would be there forever!

Robert cleaned our carpets last week and he went way above and beyond in my daughter's room. There were high traffic stains and something bright pink and he got all of it out! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, flexible...just a really great guy! I will recommend zerorez to all my friends! I also like the fact that zerorez will refill my spot treatment free of charge every time they clean our carpets!

I best liked the technician explaining each step in the cleaining process. He was very
professional (& personable!) I had some pretty awful spots that I didn't have a lot of
hope for in getting 100% clean. I had done some work on them & broke down the fiber &
he explained to me that was why they were as good as he could make them. I toally understand. The whole experience was a good one.

Fast application and a good value; we had a minimal staircase that would normally be a full room but he added an extra traffic area for us.

I wasn't eager about dealing with carpet cleaners.....other experiences have not been the best. But ZEROREZ did a very professional job. I am very pleased with the outcome....my carpets are nice and clean.

They were able to remove tough red wine stains and the carpet were completely dry in just 6 hours!
