I like the idea of no soap and you also do noy soak the carpets all the way down to the pad.But,They were still able to clean it well

The first thing I noticed was the amazing citrus smell! My whole house smells so fresh and clean! Also, Tyler was very friendly and professional. He explained so much to me about carpet cleaning that I never knew! He did an incredible job! I was at the point of tearing out the carpet and getting new carpet, but Tyler made it look like brand new! I was shocked at how clean it was! I had gotten other carpet cleaners in my home, but the results were never this amazing!

We highly rate them BOTH. The carpet looked like new! Roman Mikheev was very knowlegable. He explained everything without being pushy to have anything extra done. He made sure we were satisfied before he left. My husband wants him back some time to do the heat ducts. I would like to have my tyle floors done too! Wonderful product. The cleaning of the carpets were great. We were disapointed in the time of service. We had a 10-1 window, we had to call at 12;45 wondering where the service was. We then got a call asking if 1:30 would be OK, after waiting around for the service.

Aaron & Mike were very prfessional at doing the best job possible...they were willing & able. I like, too, that they didn't try increasing the original agreed upon price like a previous company that I had hired a couple of years ago. I much prefer honesty and trustworthiness!
