We had an accident with a new bottle of Thousand Island dressing. It exploded all over the carpet. All of the spots didn't come up the first cleaning. Zerorez came back - no problem - and treated the spots. It came out beautifully! Everyone I dealt with was helpful and polite. I'm delighted and will definitly use them again.

The chemicals used to treat pet stain and odor are superb. Benjamin Schwartz was our technician. He is very knowledgable, honest, and respectful. We were very pleased by his professional manner and the work he did in our basement family room.

Did a good job

Antuawn did a great job of explaining exactly what he was going to do. He also answered all of my questions and concerns that I had. I told him when he first arravied that I had ZeroRez out last fall the clean my upstairs carpets and I was not happy with the cleaning and that I was giving ZeroRez a second chance to get it right. Antuawn did a great job!!!
