My carpet came out very clean.

The carpets in my boys' bedrooms were embarrassingly dirty and stained. Chris worked hard and brought them back to life. Although he couldn't get out every stain (like the red Popsicle stain that my child hid from me), Chris tried hard to get them out, and the carpets look sooo much better than they had previously! Also, It's nice to know there are no chemicals or detergents left in the carpet to attract dirt.

This is our first time using Zerorez. About a month prior we used another carpet cleaning service in another part of the house, so it will be interesting to compare how the two different cleanings hold up over time. Nonetheless, we were very pleased with the customer service provided by Chris and Brandon; give them a raise!

Zerorez came to my house to clean my couches. After trying one cushion, they determined that they may just be too dirty to clean. For my inconvenience they cleaned my bedroom carpet for free. I appreciate that they didn't charge me, and that they did my bedroom for free. Great customer service!

Jon was very efficient and informative. I was extremely happy with the results especially on the stairs. After 16yrs and four boys they had taken a beating. After the carpet had dried I had Jon come back to touch up two spots in the living room which he was happy to do. My friends were right Zerorez does a great job.

Our Technician (Zach I believe was his name)was very positive about Zerorez and he was knowledgeable about the product. He let us know our options but was not pushy. That works best with me.
