I thought the technician was very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions before starting the job. I had a special problem where my dog had an accident and it was dealt with. The carpets dried quickly which surprised me because other times when I have had my carpets cleaned it seemed like it took forever to dry. I like the fact that they have products for sale that I can use when I need to spot something myself later. I had all my carpets done and the technician did them in a timely manner which was great. I would have Zerorez do my rugs again and recommend them.

We were AMAZED at how clean the carpet came. We had Stanley Steemer come 9 years ago. it was expensive and we couldn't tell anything was done. So, we figured we wouldn't waste that money again. But our carpets were so bad that we had to either clean them or replace them. They look good as new now...after Zerorez came! We decided at the last minute to have our 26 year old couch and love seat cleaned. Incredibly, they came out looking like they did when we bought them. I have already recommended Zerorez to many family and friends and will continue to do so. From the scheduler I talked to on the phone, to Owen and his partner, the guys who came and did the cleaning... your entire staff was very polite, courteous and helpful!

This is the second time we've had Zerorez - expertise at cleaning and getting out spots, carpet looks "new"! Freshens the entire house. This is first time we had the tile/grout cleaned and that was so-so, lost some of the grouting and a couple of spots didn't come clean. Overall, I still like Zerorez.

How clean the carpets are now.

The carpet looked great. It is not expensive carpeting as we rent so to make it look good,, the job was good.
