Dave Krispin was the technician. He was excellent.....very nice, very professional, very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone. However, the "trainee" who was accompanied him was quite incompetent....he had to repeatedly be told to keep the cover over the door so that all the bugs wouldn't come in, and he walked out of the house with his foot protectors on and then came back into the house and onto the carpet with his dirty foot protectors. I would not want him representing my company when his training period is over. But Dave was an A Plus technician and my carpet has never looked better. He also cleaned my sofas, which had 12 loose pillows, and did a superb job.

My very worn carpet has a new life!

The gentleman (Terry) that arrived was very polite and professional. He did not force any unnecessary products and/or additional services on me. He simply explained what everything was and left it up to me to choose. Terry also kept my house clean leaving no marks left on the walls and no scratched corners from the hoses. It was also nice to have the pet stains I was concerned about removed after the cleaning. Very happy with the job done.

I like that they are natural products and makes the house smell fresh with no soapy residue. The cleaners were very nice and friendly and took time to explain the things they were going to do and it was done in a timely manner.

The service technician was very professional and considerate. The carpets were brought "back to life" after they were cleaned, and there was no leftover residue feel in the carpets. The carpets look and feel clean and fresh. I've had Zerorez clean my carpets twice now, and I will use them again in the future.

Sadly I was used to companies making claims that did not turn out to be true, so I was skeptical. I am amazed at how clean the carpet looks. Between Jaime and your products, I will sing your praises.
