VERY VERY KNOWLEDGABLE- AND HELPFUL AND MAKING SURE THAT I WAS COMPLETELY PLEASED! I had 2 other techs out before from Zerorez and I was not going to use them again because I thought the job was less than what I paid for, and I truly felt unsafe in my house. Not the case with Preston and Rob. They were so amazing, and my carpet looks great! I have already shared that word on facebook to my many friends. I know my niece is already calling to schedule a time for hers to be done. One thing I would like to see is a referal bonus for referring someone. Otherwise, I am very pleased!

Accommodated my requested time when scheduling, the guys called and arrived when I was told they would. Cleaners were extremely nice, efficient and clear in service and options.

Carpet feels soft after cleaning, not crunchy, and you work on weekends.

I like that you only use water to clean and that my carpet looks almost new after it was cleaned.

The product does what it claims to do. I have had other cleaners in the past. Carpets from them look good when first compete, but if you don't buy a LOT of sell up product the carpet doesn't stay clean. Zeroes stays clean. I'm glad they came to MN and I will continue to use them.
