I'm a 107.1 fm listener so we've used you twice because of your ads. I like your professionalism and honesty. Great results considering how old and dirty our carpet is. We added on the pet neutralizer as it was needed. Despite that the carpet still smelled pretty bad as it was drying. The rep let me know that it may still have smell and I anticipated it as we had a very sick dog and it was all over:( however, the smell will fade and we're very happy with the way the carpet looks and our rep, Mally? (Spelling) was awesome!

We had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez yesterday and there was general dirt and wear and tear as well a several difficult stains to remove. The technicians were able to remove all of the difficult stains and our carpet looks brand new even though it is almost 14 years old. We also had them clean our carpet on our stairs (which had never been cleaned and looked awful) and they cleaned all of the dirt our of the steps and they also look brand new. The Lead Technician was Chris Compton. He and his partner were very professional and described what they were going to do and then did it. They also answer a number of other carpet questions that I had. I would definitely have Chris and his partner clean our carpets again. They did a wonderful job.

The cleaning was a miracle on my carpets. I thought my carpets were ruined by over the counter spot removers. I had let the stains stay on the carpet for years, and finally I called Zerorez. I thought it was a last ditch effort to get the carpet cleaned before I replaced it entirely. The service person got out the stains completely and I do not need to buy new carpeting. It was UNBELIEVABLE the change from before and after Zerorez.

Zerorez was up front about what to expect as far as results and pricing from the first phone call. Great results on a very dirty carpet full of pet stains.

We have used different cleaners over the years, but can truly say that our experience with Zerorez was the best we have ever had. I was very pleased with our carpets. I wish we could have afforded to do all the rooms, but that was not possible.
