They explained what they would be doing and repeatedly asked me to check on what they had done to make sure that I was satisfied. They took great care not to damage any of my furnishings.

I had previously used another carpet cleaning service prior to moving into my townhome and the downstairs carpet was extremely "wet" after they finished; they brought in a large commercial dehumidifier that ran 24/7 for @2 weeks.

The man that cleaned the carpets was customer friendly. He removed our area rugs so not to damage anything and put plastic corners along furniture so not to scratch them with the hoses. We have used Stanley steamer for 16 years and wanted to give Zerorez a try, our carpeting is cleaner.
