I like that they are green, but the service was also highly effective. We are blown away by how clean our couches look after one cleaning. They look brand new. If we had known that this level of clean was possible before, we would have had zerorez clean them years ago!

I thought the guys that came out were very informative, professional yet gave me the right amount of information and answered any questions/concerns that I did have. I had a few bad spots on the carpets that I wasn't sure would come out but they did, I was so highly impressed! I know my neighbors will be calling and some friends after my raving review to them.

After the job was complete I felt I was looking at really clean carpet and a lounge chair. The technician explained the process and was timely and polite.

One thing I didn't like was the pricing. The amount printed in the flyer said nothing about, or indicated, any additional charges. I feel this is some thing that should not be a surprise!

I like that you do not use chemicals to clean the carpet. That was very important to me.

I really like that my carpets smell awesome, look brand new... And it's all done with more naturally derived products.

Very Prompt service. Called when they said they would, came when they said they would. Checked out stains, explained options. David was very professional and thorough. Carpet looks better than I anticipated.

The customer service when I made my appointement was excellent and the service technician who came to do the work was great. He gave me info about your other services, and when I mentioned I would be interested in duck cleaning, he offered to do it right then! He said they usually dont carry the duct cleaning equiptment with them, but since he happend to have it that day he was happy to do that service for me too. No second appointement necessary! Also, I think he was able to do the additional service becasue he was running very much on time, my appointment window was from 1-3 and he got there proptly at. The carpets look fantastic, and I'm thrilled I was able to have the ducts done too. Very satisfied customer.

Great results! Professional technician.

Very polite and professional from scheduling to the cleaning. I was a little surprised at
how much moisture was left. It was a nice warm day with no humidity but he told me to not
put anything back for a couple of days. Because the carpet was white, some was harder to
get clean and some was missed. I haven't tried to clean it. All in all, the guy was very polite and did a great job on most of it.
