Unfortunately my Mom cleaned a spot of doggie pee on our brown carpet. I was unaware, and when the tech cleaned it, the carpet became discolored. Not his fault as neither one of us knew beforehand. The tech I had was OUTSTADING - he was more knowledgeable then any in home service person I have dealt with! Great training program!!!

The carpet technician was very polite and professional - he explained all of our options in detail upfront, and provided the services with no interruption to our daily life/schedule. Also, your pet treatment did the trick on a room that our dog had had some "accidents" in - looks and smells fine now.
