The technician who was sent out (Sorry I didn't write his name down, but he was great!) was prompt, friendly and professional at the same time, and actually explained some things to me about rugs in plain English, not some kind of technician talk where everything has an acronym.
He put on little booties over his shoes so he would not undo the cleaning that the house cleaners had completed the previous day. He cleaned up the few spots of water that did get on the floor. He also did a really good job.

He cleaned the carpet very well & left no residue
My cleaning options were explained very well as I had pet urine stains and smell. I liked how quickly the process got done but waited the 24 hours dry time before moving furniture back into place. the urine smell seems to be lingering but it was explained to me that it might take a few days to wick out and go away and I know I have the option to call Zerorea back if I feel the need.
I thought the person that cleaned the carpets was very friendly and answered all my questions and thought he did a good job
The carpet is really clean and it is completely dry the next day-maybe sooner but I don't push it. There is no funny feel or odor.

Carpet is actually clean without leaving smelly product or chemicals behind. Cleaners are professional and friendly, make helpful recommendations without being pushy. I'll use you again!
Carpet looks and feels clean would reccomend. The deodorizing add on was not worth the extra $ however. Has no lasting effects.

I like the idea of the empowered water, pleasant smell of the product. Carpets were not soaked it didn't take very long for them to dry.
