Joeseph was extermly knowledgable and polite. He was very thorough and never "pushy" on goods and services he talked to us about. Our initial quote was misunderstood with the companies scheduler because we explained we had 2 sets of stairs and hallway by the bedrooms this led to the first bid to be way under what Joeseph came up with which caught us off guard. He explained the differences and came up with a plan that nearly doubled our initial bid but explained it to us to our satisfaction.
