Technician was very nice and wasn't pushy about adding add'l things to raise the bill. My only disappointment was nothing he could do anything about...could completely lift the dirt in the traffic patterns. I was hoping for more. He explained that they could only do so much. Price was right with the coupon so I was satisfied. Rest of the carpet looks good. My big test is to see how it reacts after being cleaned. Past experience...the residue did make my carpets get dirty faster. I'm told with Zerorez that won't happen. I guess I'll know in months to come.

Customer service is EXCELLENT. I made an appointment-got all my questions answered. I then found out the carpet installer came much earlier then originally scheduled so I took a chance and called to see if I could have Zerorez come a day earlier and much to my surprise they were able to fit me in. I am so very pleased with how clean my carpet is and how easy it was doing business with your company!
