I just like the customer service the tech provided. Very friendly and low pressure, very informative. I learned a lot.
Your telephone customer service for scheduling, etc was not as friendly as I would hope. For reason the 3 different people I spoke too seemed curt and disinterested.

Cleaned carpet well and very professional. We had Kenny M and did a fantastic job. Was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will definitely request him back for the next couple of rooms we will have done.
