Thanks to Zerorez, our carpets look as close to brand new as possible considering 15+ years of wear and tear (including many pet stains). Our carpet replacement has been delayed to a MUCH later date - so wonderful! Nathan (Lead Technician) and his assistant, Ronny, were fantastic! You truly do hire the "best". Nathan thoroughly explained the process, including all available treatments, and advised us as to what he felt we should do, but without any pressure at all, the choices were ours. We are totally satisfied with the results Zerorez gave us and would definitely use your services again and recommend you to our friends and family. Your rep, Mark, was very professional & personable. I showed him what needed to done & he got right to work. The carpets turned out grea. He also said that we took goood care of our carpets which helped as well. He treated the pet stains & there were no residual odors when he finished cleaning. You can really see where the carpet has been cleaned; like the "green" cleaning. Staff always professional and know what they are doing! In fact I can't tell you how many people I have referred to Zerorez when they ask where I get my carpets cleaned. My husband is a volunteer on the local fire department and he really spreads the word!

It was a bit hard to get hold of Matt at first but he was extremely responsive and made their schedule fit mine. The technicians were friendly and efficient.

Besides regular vacuuming, we hadn't had our carpet professionally cleaned in ten years. With six kid's of our own, and my wife's day-care, there have been many many dirty little feet tracking up the carpet in our living room and playroom, not to mention all the juice, milk and pop spills and food stains over the years. As bad as our carpet was, I didn't really have much hope that it could be saved. But considering the cost to replace it, we decided to give Zerorez a chance to see what they could do. And boy were we glad we did because we were totally blown away! My man Nathan from Zerorez came out to our house and went to town on the dirt and grime embedded for so long in to the inner fibers of our carpet, and he muscled it, and he sweat, man did he sweat, for an hour and a half, and performed some sort of magic on our carpet, because when Nathan was done, our carpet almost looked brand new! I didn't think it was possible but I'm a believer now! Thank you Nathan, thank you Zerorez! You rock!!!
