As far as I can tell, your cleaning process has produced excellent results. I especially liked that a particularly old and set-in stain was nearly eliminated and that Nathan provided me with product and instructions for removing future stains. I'll be interested to see how well and how long this cleaning lasts, especially since I also had a protectorant added.

Cody was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I did buy the extra protection he sprayed on and will see how that works for me. Sounds like a very good product. Last time you did not have this to offer but I am up for the challenge if it deters dirt and vacuums up much easier. Most important there is no unpleasant smell or "off gassing" of your products -- important to an allergy sufferer.

When Antone came to clean the vents I had told him that I was not able to breath well, I wheezed all the time, my lungs hurt bad,I was always tired, eyes itched, skin dry, my cat had icky eyes.They cleaned the vents on Sunday the 30th and I already have better breathing, cats eyes are better, lungs feel better. I am so glad Antone was here...he was very knowledgeable about everything. He explained exactly what he was going to do and even showed me a unit I could put on the furnace to better clean the air in my home. I will be getting that in the future. Thank you Zerorez, I feel so much better...
