We were notifed of the arrival time and when the service man encountered traffic, he was quick to call us, apologize and arrived very shortly afterwards. After an explanation of the service, a walk through to check out the carpet, he explained the reason why a certain area might not be able to be totally cleaned, but guess what...he did it.
