The carpet is SO CLEAN! Your service is not cheap, but I feel that it saved our carpet and prevented us from having to replace large sections of it. Lots of reccomendations, but not pushy. Our carpeting is at least 10 years old. It could only have looked better if we replaced it. Cody was very nice, did a great job, made sure I understood everything that was going on and what to expect. He made sure I knew that if he missed anything, I should call & Zerorez would make it right. The only reason I would have to call, is to tell you what a graet job he did & that he is a real asset to your company. I had a neighbor over to look at it, as she needs cleaning too & she was amazed. I have recommended you to three other people too.
