Our carpet is 21 years old and even though we have cleaned it our selves and have had other companies clean it, Zerorez did an awesome job and it looks better than before we even cleaned it. There was no unpleasant smell or residue. We were very pleased with the results and the service.
The cleaning of the ducts was very comprehensive. The breath right and reusable filter along with cleaning give me confidence in knowing the air mt family takes in is clean and free of contaminants.
The previous owner of the home had a dog. The carpets I had cleaned looked clean but still smelled and affected my wife's allergies so we are pulling the carpet. I cant say what was done on the carpet buy the previous owner so I cant fault zero rez.

Both times we have used Zerorez the service has been great. Workers are polite, prompt and do a great job of explaining what they will do and listening to my needs. They are able to remove stains quite effectively and my 12 year old white carpet looks like new.

The young man that cleaned our carpet was very good and professional.
Service tech did a great job. However, the person on the phone told me that the shower surround could be cleaned (tile). The service tech told me you couldn't do it. Unsure why I was given incorrect info on the phone.
