I was very happy with the professionalism of the service men that cleaned my carpet. They worked fast and efficiently and were very concerned that they removed every spot on my carpet and that I was happy with the outcome.

I like the phone call before the technician came out. He was knowledgeable about the stains and how to remove them. The overall work was very good. We would use zerorez again.

The fact that the service people put on foot covers and are always so conscientious about keeping everything clean. Making sure you are happy with your service call before .leaving , that they call before they show up and are prompt. I could go on and on.

Environmentally friendly products, natural light citrus scent and professional, courteous technician. Carpets dried quickly. Loved everything about my first carpet cleaning experience with Zerorez!!! And... my carpet smells awesome!!

The guys did a great job. Quick, polite, and very respectful of my home. The products are effective and safe. I run a daycare out of my home, so knowing that zerorez uses environmentally safe products that don't leave unsafe chemicals in my carpet and floors matters to me.

What's not to like?? The service technician was wonderfully professional. My carpet and upholstered chair look brand new. No residue. My carpet is wonderfully soft. And the technician didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean up...on a snowy day! I've had plenty of service people in my home and he was the best I've seen! Love the Zerorez products as well. Thank you!

very quick drying time. However i was a little disapointed that they did not clean up their tracks from the hose that came across the kichten floor from dragging the hose thru the driveway and garage. other than that it appears good.

My technician was very thorough, knowledgeable and while explained options - was not pushy about it. I will not have a company back when the technicians are too pushy into "add on" services.

Nice citrus smell but it doesn't linger too long. Brian Dear did an excellent job of explaining the product and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends.

What do you like about our products and services?

I had a cat vomit on our new carpet. I tried cleaning it and had a local carpet cleaner out twice. Still, the odor would not dissipate.
I decided to give Zerorez a try on a recommendation from a friend. The level 2 cleaning took care of the odor! The Zerorez employee was very friendly and helpful as well.
Zerorez will be my new carpet cleaner.
