The products work great and my carpet looks so clean and smells fresh. I had two appointments and the first day a nice guy named Scott cleaned the carpet. Scott was very professional and friendly. He did a fantastic job. Today, October 9th, two guys came together and they were so friendly and very professional. I was very impressed at the great job these guys did. You know how to hire awesome people. I think Zerorez is very lucky to have these great workers. I was so pleased that they all made sure we were satisfied.

Your service tech was nice and new a lot about the product he was putting down on my rug. He was quick and efficient and completed
my rug area in a short amount of time. He gave me a quick estimate on my oriental rug, which I sent with him to be cleaned.
