The technician Mike did a great job. The previous owners of my house had dogs, and the carpet cleaning completely relieved us of any allergies.

The professionalism of the carpet cleaner was excellent. He explained thoroughly what he would do and if a spot wasn't coming out exactly why. He, also, on his own saw a dirty entry rug and cleaned it. He, EDWARD, did an excellent job and I would definitely call Zerorez again. (I also liked the fact that I didn't have to make an appointment so far out in the future)

It seemed to clean very well with very little odor.

This definitely gets a "10" as I already have recommended Zerorez. The technicians (Nathan and Caleb) went out of their way with the "little things" (booties so as not to track in any soil and putting an air lock in the front door opening). They arrived early and explained everything they were doing. Within a few hours, the carpeting was dry and soft (no crunchy, stiff, or sticky feeling).

Michael was our service rep. He was excellent and kept us fully informed about each step of the Zerorez carpet cleaning. He asked us to check problem areas. He personally moved some very heavy pieces of furniture.

Clean, expeditious.

Nathan and Javon were absolutely fantastic. Nathan was very straight forward and honest. Carefully looked around at all the areas I wanted clean and gave me his opinion about whether or not the stains will come out.

The carpet looked fantastic and he got quite a few stains out. Our carpet is over 20 years old and now it looks brand new.

The follow up and customer service is incredible.

What a wonderful experience!

We did not have really bad stains; however because we have a split entry home there is definitely a walk pattern from top of stairs through living room into kitchen and the products used did a very good job. It not only looked wonderful right after cleaning but spots did not reappear after carpet completely dried (has happened with other companies). I also want you to know that your technician , Steven Morris was very professional - he answered all questions, explained process for cleaning very thoroughly so we knew exactly what to expect. I am sure I will be using zerorez again and would request Steven to do the job.

I have had zerorez clean my carpets I think 3 times and this time was the best. It has been a week and I expected my high traffic areas to still look worn but they don't. Steve the technician was real good.. I just finished vacuuming my house and am very pleased with the results !!
