Cleaned well and got stains out
Both the the dudes were very knowledgeable and friendly. Darnell mentioned that the carpets were probably on their last leg as they are about 14 years old and some of the dirt has just managed to become part of the fabric itself! Darnell properly set up the expectations for the cleaning. They paid special attention to areas that I had shown to them. They even tried to explain the "Empowered Water" thing!
Overall, they did a very good job and I would recommend Zerorez to anyone in need of a carpet cleaning.

The young man who came to do out floors was very, very nice and he did a wonderful job on our floors. However we noticed after he left that there is a significant gouge out of our bedroom door. It can only have happened while he was here. It is very obvious and I sleep with the door half shut to keep the room warm at night, so of it had been there I would have seen it the night before or that morning. And since I arrived at my house about 10 minutes before he did and did. It even go in there the bedroom there is no chance that I could have caused the damage. I did go in to the room while he was here but the door was all the way open. I couldn't see the area that was damaged. And he had to open and close the door while he was maneuvering that big hose and cleaner. I would never, ever blame someone else if there were even the slightest chance I had dine this myself. But there is no possibility. I would have seen it. As aoon as I went to close the door last night I saw it. Will Zerorez pay for the damage?
