Great customer service every time

I liked the hallway special they were running with the 5 room special. That made me buy the package.

But they called about 3-4 times ahead of my designated time frame asking if they could come earlier.

I wish they had just stuck with the initial time frame of 2pm-5pm. They even came at 1:30pm.

If you say you're coming at 2pm, be there at 2pm.

Seth at Zerorez was kind and polite. He intelligently answered all my questions and did an outstanding job on our carpet!

I’d liked the service technician he was very thorough very calm and very attentive to the carpet. He knew what he could get out and what he couldn’t get out that was stained and was very informative.

I really value great water. I never buy bottled water. I just go to my kitchen where my Kinetico system is installed. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good water. On top of that, the service is great.
