From the time of booking the completion of service, everything with Zerorez was thorough and professional. The communication was easy and covered all the basis ahead of time and consistently, but not too much. The day of service, the technician was communicative, on time, kind, and thorough.
He made sure to ask what the outcomes I was trying to achieve were and followed up at the end of the service to talk about how those were achieved. All in all I am very satisfied with the service and would use Zerorez again!

I was very happy with the cleaning product used. It cleaned my carpet well. There is no strong fragrance and I was told that it is safe for pets too. We were very happy about your service and Kieran did an excellent job. He was very respectful, pleasing and was happy to move small furniture's and clean the area when requested. After it was cleaned we could get a good feeling while walking on the carpet. Great service and I would highly recommend Zerorez.
